The home is in an excellent, very walkable, location (close to restaurants, shops, bus station), with every needed amenity (even organic shampoo and bath products). Macarena's hospitality was exceptional, she greeted us personally, made herself available for questions and there is a book of recommendations and information. The terrace in particular was a favorite spot, for meals, to relax, and very peaceful. Valldemossa is well located for hiking, visits to cove beaches and nearby towns. I wasn't prepared for the bureaucracy upon arrival...signing inventory pages and agreement regarding damages....never had to do this at an Airbnb before...it was mentioned that a retainer was held but unclear whether we paid one..missed welcome gift..a nice gesture we received from the four previous Airbnb hosts on island. Das Haus liegt in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Valldemossa, wenige Gehminuten von einem großen Parkplatz entfernt, ein Supermarkt und mehrere Bäckereien und Konditoreien ganz in der Nähe. Obwohl es erst Februar war, konnten wir zweimal auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit grandiosem Blick über die Dächer zum Kloster frühstücken. Es war ruhig, sehr sauber und es mangelte wirklich an nichts. Vielen Dank, liebe Macarena!Publicado en AirbnbVerificada Wir waren über Silvester in Macarenas Wohnung und absolut begeistert: Die Lage direkt im Ortskern von Valldemossa ist super, die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet und der Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Dächer und auf die Kartause ein Traum.Der Kontakt mit Macarena und Nowi, der zweiten Ansprechperson vor Ort, waren von Anfang an sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich, so dass wir uns von der Buchung über den Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise äußerst wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben.Insgesamt eine hundertprotzentige Empfehlung. My wife and I stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon and it gets a 10/10. The house itself is perfect. It is a cozy spot right in the middle of town, but nestled away on a nice, quiet street. The rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and is perfect for breakfast or for an evening glass of wine.Macarena was also an amazing hostess. She met with us personally for check-in and provided us with a parking pass (which is absolutely needed if you are bringing a car to town). The apartment was not only very comfortable and well equipped, but also in a truly unique location. Our host Macarena was especially amazing – incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. She gave us great recommendations on where to eat, what to visit, and how to explore the area. Thanks to her, we enjoyed our stay even more. It was perfect for the two of us - there was a second single bedroom that we didn’t use. A very comfortable main living area with open stairs to a small terrace with views over the village. The kitchen was modern and spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to cook at home. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and a good shower. Valldemossa is a lovely village in the mountains and there are good walks from the door and you’re close to the Tramuntana villages. Macarena and Nowi were so friendly and helpful we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. ☹ There was nothing we didn’t like.Publicado en BookingVerificada It was a very nice short vacation. ☺ We spent Christmas in beautiful Valldemossa and stayed at Macarena´s House. Macarena, our host, always went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She was very helpful and friendly and always available, even during the Christmas holidays. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the Serra de Tramuntana and parts of the beautiful old town. Despite the somewhat rainy weather, we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. EXCELENTEVerificada Charmante kleine Wohnung im Ortszentrum von Valldemossa Voll ausgestattete 3-Zi. Wohnung mit moderner Küche in einem alten, typisch mallorquinischen Steinhaus. TV, Heizung und WLAN. Sehr gute Betten. Absolut ruhig. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Kirche. Naturgemäß mit Glockengeläut. Parkplatz in 4min Entfernung. Dauerparkticket gibt es von der Vermieterin. Macarena ist eine charmante und verlässliche Gastgeberin, die sich wirklich kümmert. Macarena, the owner of the Airbnb is a very friendly and good organised person. When we arrived in the Airbnb, she gave a tour of the house and told us of nearby places. She also has maps and books about Mallorca and Valdemossa. This was very usefull for us. A friend of us wanted to do a hike. And she refered us a very good guide and Hiker (Fernando). The pots, pans, plates and glasses in the kitchen were in a very good condition. The Airbnb was very clean. The rooms are very cosy. The sheet, blankets, pillowcase were very clean. In Covid times she's also in collaboration with a company who comes and desinfect the whole Airbnb after the big cleaning. There is a public parking nearby. Thanks to our stay at Macarena's house we used the parking for free. If I would turn back in Valdemossa, I would like to stay in this Airbnb again.Publicado en TripadvisorVerificada Perfect place I had the opportunity to stay at Macarena's beautiful home in Valldemossa. My wife and and I still talk about that trip to this day. The home is in the absolute perfect location for Mallorca, away from the tourist filled craziness of Palma. There are shops and restaurants just a short walk away and drinking wine on the terrace is a great experience. Macarena was a great host and she made sure our stay was a great one. Macarena, la propietaria, nos estaba esperando en el aparcamiento y no dejó de recomendarnos sitios que visitar y lugares en donde comer. La casita es preciosa. Con un patio lleno de flores en el que desayunábamos cada día. Se duerme bien. Todo es silencio y se escuchan los pájaros. El colchón es bueno. No pudimos encender la chimenea porque hacía calor. This is an apartment in a typical stone house in Valldemossa, centrally located, yet wonderfully secluded, and a hostess with style, who takes care of her guests with heart and soul. The equipment is modern and up to date (TC, WIFI, heating), everything is very well maintained and clean. We are always looking forward to the next stay. Since 2014 we come twice every year. Das ist ein Apartement in einem typischen Steinhaus in Valldemossa, zentral, aber doch wunderbar abseits gelegen, und eine Gastgeberin, die sich mit Herz und Seele um ihre Gäste kümmert. Die Ausstattung ist modern und auf dem neuesten Stand (TV, WIFI, Heizung), alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir freuen uns immer wieder auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Seit 2014 kommen wir zweimal jedes Jahr.
