  • Check-out: from 8:30AM to 10AM
  • Children from 0 to 2 € 10 / night
  • A security deposit of €250 must be paid on arrival to cover possible damages. This can be paid in cash or by credit card. This deposit will be returned after check out, once the accommodation has been checked.
  • The security deposit is fully refundable by bank transfer upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
  • A 50% prepayment via credit card is required to secure your reservation. The remaining amount will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
  • This prepayment will not be returned if you cancel the reservation.
  • If you cancel or modify the booking within the 30 days before your arrival , or in case of no-show, total price will be charged.
  • Cleaning fee: 60€
  • Late check-in fee from 20h to 22h: 20€, from 22h to 00h: 40€ and from 00h to 08h: 60€
