Two Bedroom House with Terrace

Beautiful fully (90m²) renovated apartment with a private roof terrace with outstanding views. Located in the village center, very closed to “La Cartuja de Valldemossa”, in a narrow and quiet street.

Living room with a double sofa bed, double and single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Private terrace overlooking “La Cartuja” and typical rooftops of all surrounding houses.

High season: From 110€/Night | Low season: From 90€/Night

CONDITIONS

Check-in: from 12PM to 00AM
Check-out: from 8:30AM to 10AM
Children from 0 to 2 € 10 / night
A security deposit of €250 must be paid on arrival to cover possible damages. This can be paid in cash or by credit card. This deposit will be returned after check out, once the accommodation has been checked.
The security deposit is fully refundable by bank transfer upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
A 50% prepayment via credit card is required to secure your reservation. The remaining amount will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
This prepayment will not be returned if you cancel the reservation.
If you cancel or modify the booking within the 30 days before your arrival , or in case of no-show, total price will be charged.
Cleaning fee: 60€
Late check-in fee from 20h to 22h: 20€, from 22h to 00h: 40€ and from 00h to 08h: 60€

What a lovely home! Macarena goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. We were traveling with our daughter, she made sure to ask if we needed a bedrail for her bed. They're toys and books which our daughter very much appreciated. The location is so ideal and walkable to shops and restaurants. The upstairs terrace is wonderful. We picked up from the Bakery down the street and ate up on the terrace every morning. Visiting Valldemossa is a good choice and staying at Macarena's house is a GREAT choice. We would love to come back.

Loved this placed. It is conveniently located in the heart of Valdemossa. Very short walk from the parking lot. Grocery, bakery and and the restaurants were also very close. Macarena was easy to communicate and the house is also equipped with everything you need. Loved how we can seat out at the roof top and enjoy coffee and wine! Felt like home at Macarena’s place. Highly recommend this place!

Macarena'a house was perfect for exploring the area. It had everything we needed to really enjoy our stay. And was very comfortable with the roof top terrace being an added bonus to enjoy for our morning coffee..! The house and village is full of charm and historic character. 设施：齐全完备卫生：非常干净位置：小镇核心地带，餐厅、超市皆在百米之内独特亮点：露台非常可爱，房子结构很合理，典型的马略卡民居建筑特色。是理想中的马略卡房源，强烈推荐！房东互动：我们的钱包被偷了，身无分文，Marcarena特别友善耐心，一直陪我们找银行想办法，帮了我们很大忙，解了燃眉之急。唯一美中不足是淋浴设备有点老旧，水量和水压都不够大。但这完全不影响你在此度过难忘的假期。

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at Macarena’s place in Valldemossa. The house is charming, comfortable, and centrally located in a very beautiful old town. Macarena was a great host, answering any questions we had in short order and basically just made the whole stay easy and nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben uns direkt super wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen süßen spanischen Häuschen :)Macarena hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war immer erreichbar. Sie hat viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und besonders die Dachterrasse hat es uns angetan. Valldemossa ist einfach ein wunderschönes ruhiges Örtchen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Dann würden wir sicher wieder bei Macarena wohnen!Vielleicht gibt es dann ja auch die lang ersehnte Klimaanlage... :)

We had a great stay at Macarena’s house! The town itself is truly enchanting, with stunning views. The house was lovely, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat after exploring the town. The washer was an added bonus. Macarena made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. If you are renting a car she can help you get a parking permit. I highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Valdemossa and enjoy a delightful home away from home.

Sfeervol comfortabel huis middenin een van de mooiste stadjes van Mallorca. ☺Het is een karaktervol bovenhuis middenin het mooie Valldemossa. Gezellig ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien, ook s winters warm (radiatoren en houtkachel aanwezig) Dakterras, ruime keuken met alle apparatuur.Goede communicatie met eigenaresse. Overal dichtbij. Supermarkt en restaurantjes op 3 minuten lopen, bushalte op 5 min. Beginpunt wandelingen op 10 min. Veel toeristische informatie (incl wandelroutes/wandelkaart)aanwezig. ☹Niets eigenlijk.Omdat het een oud huis is wel wat gehorig dus hou er rekening mee dat er iemand onder je woont.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im Ortszentrum von Valldemossa Voll ausgestattete 3-Zi. Wohnung mit moderner Küche in einem alten, typisch mallorquinischen Steinhaus. TV, Heizung und WLAN. Sehr gute Betten. Absolut ruhig. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Kirche. Naturgemäß mit Glockengeläut. Parkplatz in 4min Entfernung. Dauerparkticket gibt es von der Vermieterin. Macarena ist eine charmante und verlässliche Gastgeberin, die sich wirklich kümmert. Wir haben hier 6 Tage im November verbracht und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

A very cosy and very clean Airbnb! Macarena, the owner of the Airbnb is a very friendly and good organised person. When we arrived in the Airbnb, she gave a tour of the house and told us of nearby places. She also has maps and books about Mallorca and Valdemossa. This was very usefull for us. A friend of us wanted to do a hike. And she refered us a very good guide and Hiker (Fernando). The pots, pans, plates and glasses in the kitchen were in a very good condition. The Airbnb was very clean. The rooms are very cosy. The sheet, blankets, pillowcase were very clean. In Covid times she's also in collaboration with a company who comes and desinfect the whole Airbnb after the big cleaning. There is a public parking nearby. Thanks to our stay at Macarena's house we used the parking for free. If I would turn back in Valdemossa, I would like to stay in this Airbnb again.

Perfect place I had the opportunity to stay at Macarena's beautiful home in Valldemossa. My wife and and I still talk about that trip to this day. The home is in the absolute perfect location for Mallorca, away from the tourist filled craziness of Palma. There are shops and restaurants just a short walk away and drinking wine on the terrace is a great experience. Macarena was a great host and she made sure our stay was a great one. Stay here!

PERFECTO SITIO PARA CELEBRAR MI ANIVERSARIO Llegamos un viernes por la tarde. Macarena, la propietaria, nos estaba esperando en el aparcamiento y no dejó de recomendarnos sitios que visitar y lugares en donde comer. La casita es preciosa. Con un patio lleno de flores en el que desayunábamos cada día. Se duerme bien. Todo es silencio y se escuchan los pájaros. El colchón es bueno. No pudimos encender la chimenea porque hacía calor. Volveremos en invierno. Ese sofá tan grande invita a ver la tele con una manta. Valldemossa y sus alrededores tiene paseos preciosos.

Excellent! This is an apartment in a typical stone house in Valldemossa, centrally located, yet wonderfully secluded, and a hostess with style, who takes care of her guests with heart and soul. The equipment is modern and up to date (TC, WIFI, heating), everything is very well maintained and clean. We are always looking forward to the next stay. Since 2014 we come twice every year. Das ist ein Apartement in einem typischen Steinhaus in Valldemossa, zentral, aber doch wunderbar abseits gelegen, und eine Gastgeberin, die sich mit Herz und Seele um ihre Gäste kümmert. Die Ausstattung ist modern und auf dem neuesten Stand (TV, WIFI, Heizung), alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir freuen uns immer wieder auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Seit 2014 kommen wir zweimal jedes Jahr.
