  • A 30% prepayment via credit card is required to secure your reservation. The remaining amount will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
  • This prepayment will not be returned if you cancel the reservation.
  • If you cancel or modify the booking within the 30 days before your arrival , or in case of no-show, total price will be charged.
  • Cleaning fee: 60€
  • Late check-in fee (check-ins after 22:00): 20€
